It was a delight to travel to Birmingham this week and visit BOA, as part of my work for The BRIT School. The energy of the students at Open Evening, the commitment of the CEO, and the passion of the Principal helped me to understand why this 14-19 school is an incredible success. The location of the school is also very special, surrounded as it is by multiple university and college buildings, which together with the neighbouring Conservatoire makes the area a cutting edge educational hub.
