After working with BRIT earlier in the year to develop their new SEF in advance of OFSTED inspection, looking forward to spending quite a lot of time there between now and Christmas reviewing staffing structures. As a local Head and CEO for over 20 years in Croydon I knew a little about the school. This year it has been quite joyous to get to know in more detail what makes it a special place, and I look forward to building a deeper understanding in the coming weeks.
